Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How will my website be built?
We are a small team local to Montana. We consult with you directly to determine requirements and build exactly what your business needs — no templates, hand-built.
How do I make changes to my website?
Submit a ticket describing what you would like updated, attaching documents, pictures or reference files. Our team reviews the request and implements it on your live site.
How are domains and SSL certificates handled?
Bring a domain you already own, or we can register one for you. SSL certificates are generated from Let's Encrypt, and we can install existing certificates instead.
Do you offer custom pricing?
Yes. For businesses with unique requirements we build tailored packages — get in touch and we will scope it with you.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term commitment. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time, and annual plans can be cancelled before the renewal date.
What happens if I cancel?
We stop hosting your site, but it stays available should you reactivate. If we registered your domain, you can request a transfer — fees may apply.
